Warranty Coverage
At UltraCare PRO, we are committed to delivering high-quality products that meet our customers' expectations. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we are here to help you, provided that the product was properly stored, handled, and maintained according to the instructions in the manual. This warranty page outlines the coverage and terms of your product, ensuring the utmost peace of mind for you and the highest level of customer service.
Please note - We do not provide any warranty for products including, UltraCure- Electric Hot Water Bag and UltraCool Ball. Additionally, for UltraCare PRO ERGO, an individual can claim a warranty on all products except cushions and pillows. ERGO Coccyx Cushion, ERGO Lumbar Cushion, ERGO Car Headrest Cushion, ERGO Backrest Cushion, ERGO Cervical Pillow, and ERGO Contour Cervical Pillow are not eligible for any warranty.
Warranty Does Not Cover
- Accessories that come along with the product.
- Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or improper care.
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches or fading due to repeated and regular use)
- Products that have been altered, modified, or repaired outside UltraCare PRO’s authorized repair centers.
- Damage caused by external factors, including but not limited to water, fire, or acts of nature.
- Improper use of the product by not following the instructions as guided in the user manual.
Our team will review your claim and, if necessary, request additional information or instructions for taking the process further. Please allow us a span of 7-10 days to get back to you with the needful.
If the warranty claim is valid, we may ask you to return the product, repair/replace it (subject to return/replacement policy), and deliver it back as soon as possible. Kindly allow us a span of 7-10 days for the product to be fully repaired and delivered.
