Delivery Time:
All orders from UltraCare PRO can be shipped to all parts of India with an approximate shipping time of 7-10 working days. We are unable to process any orders on Sundays and public holidays.
Shipping Rates & Costs:
We provide free shipping for products above Rs.2000. A shipping fee of Rs.50 will apply to orders below Rs. 2000. For all COD Orders, an additional COD charge of Rs. 100 and a shipping fee of Rs. 50 will be applied.
Delivery Method:
Our delivery partners will attempt to complete your delivery twice before the item is returned to our warehouse. Please ensure that you provide a valid mobile number and shipping address while placing your order. Our delivery partners may sometimes require a valid ID proof for delivering your package. 1. What is the estimated shipping time?
All domestic orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
2. How long will it take for the order to reach me?
From the time of shipping, domestic orders take 2-7 days to reach you. If you have placed an order for multiple items, please note that your items may arrive in multiple shipments. The estimated delivery times are indicative and sometimes unavoidable delays might be beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any delays.
3. What are your shipping charges?
We provide free shipping for products above Rs.2000. A shipping fee of Rs.50 will apply to orders below Rs. 2000. For all COD Orders, an additional COD charge of Rs. 100 and a shipping fee of Rs. 50 will be applied.
4. Where are my tracking details?
As soon as the order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an
email/SMS with tracking details. Please do check your junk/spam emails too as
sometimes the email gets labeled as such.
