Return Policy
We at UltraCare PRO are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return/refund as per the policy below.
Eligibility and Process :
To be eligible for a return and refund, you must have purchased the product directly from UltraCare PRO’s Website. The product must be in its original condition and packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Only products above Rs. 2000 can be returned within 7 days. Products worth less than Rs. 2000 are not eligible for any return or refund.
To be eligible for a replacement, you must have purchased the product directly from UltraCare PRO’s Website. All products can be replaced within 7 days if there is a manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been received.
Inclusions :
- Wrong product received.
- Manufacturing defect.
- For pillows and cushions in the ERGO category, returns are accepted within 7 days. The company will arrange for reverse pickup, but a return transit charge of ₹100 will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Products worth above Rs. 2000 are eligible for return. However, if there is any damage done to the product (including scratches, minor dents, or breakage) a restocking fee will be charged based on the severity of the damage.
Exclusions :
- Products you deem no longer in need.
- Products that have already been used or installed.
- Products that have been tampered with or repaired by unauthorized technicians.
- Return will not be accepted for subjective or perceptive aspects like performance not as per expectation, color shade difference, etc.
In case of Return & Replacement :
- Provide your order details, including the purchase date and reason for the replacement. Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.
- The item must be in its original condition, undamaged within its original packaging. All accessories and documentation that came with the product must be included. Any damage made to the devices or the accessories other than the manufacturing defect will be chargeable.
In case of Return & Refund :

- Once the returned item is received and inspected by UltraCare PRO, the purchase amount will be refunded back to the original payment method for prepaid orders.
- For COD orders, once the returned item is received and inspected by UltraCare PRO, the purchase amount will be refunded to your bank account.
Once we receive the returned item, please allow 7-10 business days for any refund or replacement to be processed and completed.
Please note that this refund policy applies only to products purchased directly from the UltraCare PRO Website. If you have purchased our product through a third-party retailer, please refer to their refund policy.
Non-Refundable Items and Exclusions:
- Customers have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return/refund/ replacement. After this period, products are not eligible for return/refund. To initiate the process, please contact our customer support team at +91 87996 95599.

Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
- If the order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it at any time for a full refund.
- Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is only possible by rejecting the delivery at the time of receipt.
- For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed after the product is returned to us.
After your order is successfully returned by you and received by UltraCare PRO, a refund will be issued to the original payment method for prepaid orders.
