We at UltraCare PRO are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return/refund as per the policy below.
Eligibility and Process :
To be eligible for a return/refund, you must have purchased the product directly from UltraCare PRO’s Website. The product must be in its original condition and packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
In case of Return & Replacement:
- Provide your order details, including the purchase date and reason for the replacement. Our team will review your request and provide further instructions. In Case of a faulty device, we will replace it at the earliest.
- The item must be in its original condition, undamaged within its original packaging. The item should exactly be in the same condition it was sent. All accessories and documentation that came with the product must be included. Any damage made to the devices or the accessories will be chargeable.
In case of Return & Refund :

- Once the returned item is received and inspected by UltraCare PRO, the purchase amount will be refunded back to the original payment method.
Once we receive the returned item, please allow 7-10 business days for your replacement/return/refund and for any refunds or replacement to be completed.

Non-Refundable Items and Exclusions:
- Customers have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return/refund/replacement. After this period, products are not eligible for return/refund. To initiate the process, please contact our customer support team at +91 87996 95599.
- Products you deem no longer in need.
- Orders worth less than Rs.1000 are not eligible for a return/refund/replacement.

You can cancel your order the same day you place it anytime before 1 p.m. After this time frame, we may have already processed and shipped your order, but you can decline the order at delivery.
