Remember that each chronic pain is different and hence the time required for the healing of each will also differ. Hence, we encourage everyone to commit to using your UltraCare PRO Product daily for 7 days and if you see no difference in your condition, return for a full refund.
We believe that our products are of good quality and have clinically proven their ability in relieving pain and discomfort. However, if for any reason you find that our product is not delivering the expected results or is damaged or malfunctioned, you are entitled to return it and receive a full refund under 7 days money back guarantee with no questions asked policy. For that, do the following;
- Please give us a call at +919512108456 and speak to our customer support team.
- You will be asked to provide the details of the issue which we will try to sort out over the phone.
- If not, we request you to provide your pickup address to arrange the free home pickup of the product.
- You are requested to keep the device ready along with all the accessories and manuals in the original packaging.
- Our concerned person will collect the product from your doorstep and take it directly to our service centre
- As soon as we receive the product and approved by our QC team, your refund will be initiated.
Note: – Starting from the date of receiving the product, 7 days will be calculated.
- Cancellation can be made only within 24 hours of placing the order.
- If at the time of product delivery, you decide not to receive the product and return it due to some reason, it will be considered as a cancelled product.
- If the order amount has already been paid online, then the refund of the cancelled product will be done upon receiving the cancellation claim by the customer, followed by inspecting the product.
- If something goes wrong with the product, how to avail service?
In the event of malfunction of any of our device, you do not need to find any service centre in your city.
Under ‘Return & Collect Policy’, you simply are required to contact our support team on 9512108456 who will arrange the pick up of the damaged device right from your home. Our concerned person will come down to your home, pick up the damaged device, take it to our service centre for repair and deliver the repaired device back to your home. Our repair service is available over 10,500+ pin codes in India and is free of cost during the warranty.
- Is the product repairable after service?
Yes, all our products are repairable even after the warranty period at nominal charges.
- What if we receive a damaged product?
Don’t worry. Just take pictures of the product in the same condition you received and send them to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will take care of it.
- If I make a purchase in cash & later return the product, then, in what timeframe will I get my money back? How?
You will get your money back within 3-5 working days from the time we receive the product. Our team will ask you to provide your bank account details, we will deposit the money in the same account.
