Now approximately 3 centimetres from the crease of your wrists, you will find the inner gate point in the middle. To locate the outer gate hand pressure point, check the backside of your arm between the 2 tendons. Place three fingers from your other hand above your wrist and use them to apply gentle pressure to the point in order to give your immune system a quick boost and you a rush of energy.
As the name depicts, this one is the acupressure point for the heart. Found in the crease of your wrist, it lies in line with the space between the ring and pinkie finger. A firm acupressure massage on this point can prevent anxiety, insomnia, heart palpitations, and depression.
Located at the outside part of your hand, right on the edge, just below your pinkie finger, pressing this pressure point will help relieve neck pain, earaches, and headaches that occur at the back of your head.
